i) Any damages, shortages, over deliveries and duplicate orders should be reported to The Pony Club within 14 days of receipt to enable replacement or refund.
ii) Non deliveries must be reported to The Pony Club within 14 days of placement of order.
iii) Any returns must first be authorised by the merchandising department of The Pony Club before any credit will be given.
iv) You can return all or part of your order to us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the value of the goods returned to us.
v) Where The Pony Club agrees to accept the return of goods that are not damaged the Buyer will be responsible for the cost of carriage and will ensure that they are carefully packaged to avoid any damage in transit. The Pony Club will not be obliged to accept any goods that are damaged in any way. The Pony Club will only accept returns that appear in The Pony Club's current publication list.
vi) Credit of amounts due will only be given for goods that are in a saleable condition.
